1. Purpose of Data Processing
When you submit your data via a the contact form on our homepage or a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, we collect personal data (e.g., name, email address, company affiliation) for the purpose of:

• Providing you with requested materials (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, product information),
• Contacting you for sales and marketing purposes,

Analyzing user behavior to improve our campaigns and content.

2. Legal Basis
Data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect (see section 7).

3. Recipients of Your Data
Your personal data may be shared with the following service providers:

• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, One Microsoft Place, Dublin 18, Ireland (as data processor for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central),
• LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (for form hosting and advertising),
• Internal RNAnalytics departments for sales and marketing purposes.

Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is done based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) issued by the European Commission.

4. Data Retention
Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or until you revoke your consent, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Your Rights under the GDPR
You have the right to:

• Access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
• Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17 GDPR),
• Restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

6. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (https://www.dsb.gv.at/) if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.

7. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to office@rnanalytics.eu. The legality of the processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

8. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use any automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
